Weekly Round Up (9.14.17 – 9.21.17)

Noted B-movie actor Bruce Campbell visited the Alamo Drafthouse – Sloans Lake on Sept. 21 to promote his latest memoir, Hail to the Chin: Further Confessions of a B-Movie Actor, and host The Last Fan Standing game show. The cult icon carved out a few minutes of his busy schedule to talk to me about the show and his latest book.

Think I’ll go right.

Boulder County’s latest craft brewery, Endo Brewing Company, rolled up its doors this summer. My associate and I paid the small brewery a visit and discovered a bevy of easy drinkers and bicycles.

To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, the Denver Film Society hosts CineLatino — a three-day film festival now in its fourth year. One of the best films playing CineLatino, Woodpeckers, also screens at CU’s International Film Series on Monday, Sept. 25 with special guest Jean Jean in attendance.
